Yes. Confirm the booking, send an estimate, collect a deposit up front, and have the booking, the paperwork, and the payment logged against the client record automatically.
Can clients book a session themselves?
Yes. Publish your session types with prices and availability, and clients pick a slot without an email thread. A deposit confirms the booking.
How does invoicing work?
Invoices and estimates carry your own numbering (for example INV-0001), send on a schedule, chase themselves with reminders, and show what is paid, due, and overdue at a glance.
Does Piczel collect payments from my clients?
Not today. Client payments for invoices and store orders are collected by you directly, and Piczel records the order and marks it paid. Piczel does not hold or pay out your sales revenue. Your own Piczel subscription is billed by card or, in Nigeria, through Paystack.
