How long does a move take?
Most moves finish inside a week of us receiving access. A very large back catalogue can take longer; we tell you the estimate before we start.
Does it cost anything?
No. Moving to Piczel is included with any plan, including the free one.
What exactly comes across?
Galleries with their photographs, structure and covers, plus your clients and contacts. Store orders and invoices from the old tool are exported as records for your files rather than recreated.
Do I have to cancel my old tool first?
No, and we recommend you do not. Keep it running until the last gallery is delivered from Piczel, then cancel it.
