- Do my clients need an account?
- No. They open a link on any device, with a password or PIN if you set one. Nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
- What if I run out of storage?
- We tell you before you hit the limit. On Pro and Studio+ you can add 100 GB for $6 a month instead of moving up a whole plan. No gallery goes offline mid-job.
- Can I move my existing galleries?
- Yes, and we do it by hand. Send us what you have from Pixieset, Pic-Time, ShootProof, Zenfolio or Google Drive, and we move the galleries, clients and contacts while you keep working.
- Who owns the photos?
