Your work is your livelihood. We treat it that way.
Galleries hold weddings that can't be reshot and client data that can't leak. Here is how Piczel protects both.
Encrypted, everywhere
Traffic to Piczel runs over TLS, and your photographs and data are encrypted at rest. There is no unencrypted path between your client's phone and your work.
Private media delivery
Images are served through a signed, access-controlled CDN. A gallery link only works for the people you gave it to, and only for as long as you allow.
Role-based access
Team members get owner, admin, editor, or viewer roles, so a retoucher can work on galleries without ever seeing your invoices or client list.
Backups & recovery
Data is backed up regularly, and deleted items sit in a 30-day trash before they are purged, so an accidental delete is a recovery, not a disaster.
Payments handled by pros
Card and Paystack payments are processed by certified payment providers. Card numbers never touch Piczel's servers.
Hardened infrastructure
Piczel runs on reputable cloud infrastructure with isolation between customers, least-privilege access for our team, and monitoring on the paths that matter.
Your photographs
Originals are stored encrypted and served only through signed URLs, so a file cannot be hot-linked or guessed at. Watermarking, download permissions, and expiry dates are enforced server-side, not just hidden in the interface. And because your work is your livelihood, everything you upload remains exportable: you can take your full-resolution files with you at any time.
Your clients' data
The names, emails, contracts, and payment records you keep in Piczel belong to your business. We isolate every studio's data, process it only to run the service you signed up for, and never sell it or use it for advertising. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum spell out the details, including how we support GDPR and NDPA obligations.
Your account
Sessions are protected with industry-standard authentication, and you can review and revoke access for team members at any time from your dashboard. We recommend a strong, unique password for your account; support will never ask you for it.
Found a vulnerability?
We take reports seriously and respond quickly. If you believe you have found a security issue in Piczel, email [email protected] with the details and steps to reproduce. Please give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly; we will keep you informed and credit you if you would like.
The fine print lives in our Privacy Policy , Data Processing Addendum , and Terms of Service . For anything else, write to [email protected].
